 How to Solve the Unable to Connect to Box Windows 7, 10

You may follow the steps below: 

Step1: Click Start and search for Internet Options 
Step2: Go to the Advanced tab 
Step3: Scroll down to the TLS options. / Security
Now disable TLS 1.0 and enable both TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2
and the box login problem fixed.
